Refund or Cancellation
You may request a refund or cancellation within 5 days of your original purchase. A refund or cancellation requested after 5 days may not be eligible for a refund. Make sure to include the same username, email address, device key code number, reason for refund or cancellation. Please fill out our contact form for your request.
Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of that and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out our contact form.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any part of our service has been used or if the request falls outside our refund or cancellation policy term.

Most of the time, the issue from customer’s end is temporary, and it may also be associated with these reasons: Your Internet is down, your WIFI signal is weak, or the channels are down from the server end as we do not manage the server. We are just trying to help our clients to have the best possible service on one platform.
For any technical issue, our team of experts will help you by email to fix the issue. If all the necessary measures, your issue not resolved then we will refund your payment.
